I design learning that respects adult learners—clear, relevant, and aligned to real job performance. My work includes needs analysis, learning objectives, storyboarding, and development of eLearning, facilitator-led training materials, job aids, and multimedia.
I’ve produced information training and onboarding videos to support consistent messaging and readiness. I enjoy translating stakeholder requirements into learning experiences that are practical, measurable, and easy to maintain.
