My instructional design approach

I use the ADDIE model—also known as the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)—to design learning that is measurable, relevant to adult learners, and aligned to performance outcomes.

Analyze
Identify performance gaps, audience needs, and success measures.

Design
Define objectives, structure, assessments, and storyboards.
Tools: storyboards, slides, alignment matrix

Develop
Build eLearning, job aids, facilitator guides, and multimedia assets.
Tools: Articulate, Canva, video editing, HTML/CSS

Deploy in LMS/teams, support rollout, and enable facilitators.
Tools: LMS, onboarding tools, facilitator kits

Evaluate
Measure effectiveness and iterate using feedback + data.
